What Our Customers Say
Real reviews from homeowners and businesses across the greater Phoenix area.
Restoration at the Edge of the Superstition Mountains
Apache Junction sits on the line between Maricopa and Pinal counties and serves as the gateway to the Superstition Mountains. The town mixes site-built houses with a large number of manufactured homes, plus RV parks and 55+ communities where many residents arrive for the winter and leave when the weather turns hot.
This is also where we are based. The city took its name from the junction of the Apache Trail and the Old West Highway, grew up along US 60, and was incorporated in 1978. Today it is home to about 41,000 people by the latest Census estimate, with Lost Dutchman State Park, Goldfield Ghost Town and the Superstition Mountain Museum close by. Most of the city lies in Pinal County, with a portion in Maricopa County, and we work on both sides of that line.
That mix shapes how we work. A manufactured home is built differently from a stick-built house, and a park has its own rules, managers and neighbors a few feet away. A winter visitor may be hundreds of miles from home when a call comes in about a problem at their property.
We plan each job around the property in front of us. Whether it is a park model in an RV community or a house on a larger lot, property damage restoration in Apache Junction begins with listening to what you know, then checking the structure ourselves.
Water damage restoration in Apache JunctionServices for Apache Junction Properties
These are the restoration services we provide here, each with its own local page.
Water Damage Restoration
Water removal, moisture mapping and drying for plumbing leaks, water heater failures and other sources, inside the home and underneath it.
Monsoon and Flood Water
Wind, rain and runoff off the mountains can reach roofs, skirting and floors. When Weekes Wash or another wash overflows, we clean up the mud and dry what was hit.
Broken Lines and Leaking Tanks
Cleanup and drying after a split supply line, a failed tank or a slab leak, once your plumber has stopped the water.
Ceiling Leaks
Stains, drips and sagging ceilings from roof seams, vents and AC drain lines, dried and removed before anything is closed back up.
Mold Remediation
Careful containment, HEPA air filtration and removal, along with work to find the moisture behind it, including under manufactured home floors.
Fire and Smoke Restoration
Getting soot and smell out of a compact home, pulling out water from the fire hoses, and boarding up the unit.

Manufactured Homes, RV Parks and 55+ Communities
Many of our Apache Junction calls involve manufactured homes and park communities. The Census counts mobile homes as 45.8 percent of the city's housing, more than single-family houses, and another 2.7 percent are RVs, boats or vans used as homes. These properties have their own construction and layout, so we inspect each one on its own terms and explain what we see.
In a park, we also keep the neighbors in mind. Equipment, hoses and cleanup happen close to the next lot, and we coordinate with park management when that matters.
Some parks here are very large. Golden Vista RV Resort covers 1,085 lots, and Roadhaven Resort was platted in two sections in 1982 and 1983. The median resident age in the city is 53.1, and about 79.1 percent of households own their home, so most of our conversations are with the owner directly, often a retiree who wants a clear plan before work begins.

Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration in Apache Junction
A fire in a compact home spreads smoke quickly through the space. Fire damage restoration in Apache Junction moves in this order.
- Step 1
Secure the Home
We board up and protect openings so the home is not left exposed, and we tell park management when a unit sits close to its neighbors.
- Step 2
Find Where Smoke Went
Smoke damage restoration in Apache Junction starts by checking every room, closet and cavity that smoke could have reached.
- Step 3
Clean and Treat
Soot is removed with methods matched to each surface, and odor is treated. Smoke in a manufactured home can reach the ceiling cavity and the space under the floor, so we check both.
- Step 4
Dry and Remove
Water from the fire department is extracted, and materials too damaged to keep are removed. Water from fire hoses can soak a subfloor or belly insulation, and it gets dried and measured like any other water loss.
Monsoon Storms, Washes and Winter Visitors
Monsoon storms can hit the area hard, with heavy rain and runoff coming down from the Superstition and Goldfield mountains. On July 28, 2022, Weekes Wash and other washes overflowed and water reached the inside of several homes. When FEMA redrew its maps in a 2024 update, reported July 19, more local homes landed inside a floodplain. After a storm we find where water entered, whether through a roof seam, a door or the floor, and dry everything it touched. Our flood page covers that work in full.
If you only live here part of the year, your home may sit empty for months. Winter visitors swell the population from late fall into spring (a 2008 city study estimated nearly 50,000 of them), and many of their homes are closed the rest of the year. A small leak can run unseen the whole time. When you return or a neighbor notices something, call us first, and we will inspect and document the situation for you before anything is moved.

Sewage Cleanup in Apache Junction and What to Do First
If a drain is backing up into your home or unit, do the following while you wait for us:
- Keep everyone, pets included, out of the room
- Do not use sinks, tubs or toilets that may be connected
- Avoid touching contaminated water or materials
- Tell park management if you live in a shared park
- If you are on a septic system, stop running water into it
- Take photographs from a safe distance
- Call our emergency line
We handle sewage cleanup in Apache Junction as contaminated water, which means careful removal and cleaning rather than a quick wipe-down. Septic tanks were the main way the city handled wastewater when it incorporated in 1978, and the sewer district was formed afterward, so a backup here may come from a tank in the yard or from the public line. We clean up the same way for both.
Property Damage Restoration Across Apache Junction Neighborhoods
Housing here spans a long stretch of building. Superstition Estates was platted in 1960. The 1980s brought resorts and condominiums like The Pueblo and Superstition Mountain Resort, the 1990s added subdivisions such as Meridian Manor and Cortez Ranch, and the median home in town dates to 1994. In the south, Blossom Rock and the Superstition Vistas phases have been platted since 2022.
Each era brings its own weak points, from aging water heaters in older homes to new fittings in recent builds. Water comes from one of two utilities depending on the street, and the Apache Junction Water District says its supply is hard. We serve the 85119 and 85120 ZIP codes, and homes and businesses along Apache Trail, Idaho Road, Superstition Boulevard, Ironwood Drive and Southern Avenue.
